How to Generate PDF
- Open the template — Click "Preview" above to open in a new tab
- Open print dialog — Press
Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac)
- Set destination — Choose "Save as PDF"
- Set margins — Select "None" (critical!)
- Enable backgrounds — Check "Background graphics" (critical!)
- Save — Click Save and name your file
⚠️ Important: If margins are not set to "None" or "Background graphics" is unchecked,
the PDF will not be print-ready. Colors may be missing and dimensions will be wrong.

Add ?debug=1 to any template URL to show layout guides:
- Red dashed line — Bleed edge (will be trimmed)
- Green dashed line — Trim line (final edge)
- Blue dashed line — Safe zone (keep text inside)
- Yellow box — USPS mailing panel (must stay clear)
Debug overlays are hidden when printing — they only show on screen.
Verify Your PDF
After saving, open the PDF and check:
- ✅ Page size is 6.5" × 9.25" (check in File → Properties)
- ✅ All colors print correctly (no white areas where colors should be)
- ✅ Text is crisp and readable
- ✅ Back side has clear mailing panel area (bottom-left)
- ✅ No browser headers/footers appear on the page
