Simply go to any module that has text, open its settings and then go to the Design tab -> Font option, click on Upload and you should be able to select your custom font from your computer.

You can add the following code to the file, anywhere above the line reading “/* That’s all, stop editing. Happy blogging. */”:
define('ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS', true);
Be sure to comment out this line once you’ve uploaded the font, for security reasons.
